Onsite Event & Tech Deployment

“White Glove Service” is our motto on site. We have a team of professionals with a variety of technical experience to help ensure your event runs smoothly (event when it doesn’t).

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Simply put: Manage Onsite Deployment, Registration, Sessions, & Lead Retrieval.

• Coordinate with project managers and the client to execute onsite operations smoothly and efficiently

• Manage onsite logistics for hardware and staff

• Manage, service and maintain operational hardware

• Manage and assist with software/hardware testing in preparation of onsite execution

• Provide leadership on site by managing service areas such as registration, session scanning and lead retrieval

• Assist in training other team members in onsite operations and software/hardware deployment

• Communicate and liaise with key clients onsite to manage changes and promote new business

• Provide online support and session facilitation for online Virtual Events

• Work with cross functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time
