Case Study - Hybrid Event Livestream for Wasatch Group
Wasatch Group’s Quarterly Investor’s meeting is vital to the growth of their company. It is how they bring in more stakeholders, increase capital, and demonstrate how current investments are developing. Their previous live streams were handled by a single person in the company. They quickly realized their live streams needed to be on the same level as the rest of their brand, and that they needed to look to outside professionals for help.
Due to the confidential nature of the information shared in the event, we used select segments in the included sample video to show a few of the different livestream features we used to match their brand and create a more engaging experience for their stakeholders.

This event was made up of a series of keynote presentations over two days. As this was a Livestream, we set up and tested the day before the event went live, making this project a total of three days. The client’s budget and goals called for three crew members with a single camera setup. We strongly suggested at least two cameras, which Wasatch Group agreed to for the next event.
After the event, several stakeholders and participants complemented Wasatch Group coordinators on the execution and delivery of the virtual and on-site event presentation. Wasatch Group was more than pleased with the deployment of their Livestream and immediately secured Tech Bees LLC for all future events.
Christopher Barr from Wasatch Group said of working with Tech Bees, “With our investor meetings moving to partially digital due to covid, it was becoming difficult to maintain a professional and clear experience for our online audience. Now with Tech Bees producing the Livestream, it couldn’t be simpler and they made it look seamless and easy”.
